This a page for the foreign visitors of the website FCSteaua.home.ro. It's also a small guide to how to go to the stadium, exchange money in Bucharest and other important things.
Steaua's glorious history
Steaua Bucharest was founded in 1947 and they won 21 Romanian Championships, 20 Romanian Cups and they also won the Romanian SuperCup four times.
About the external performances you have to know that Steaua won the Champions League once in 1986, European Supercup in 1986, and they played a semifinal in 1988 and another final in 1990 (lost against Milan AC).
We are proud about these victories of our team but unfortunately the team is not as good as it used to be. Anyway the name Steaua still induces fear to the teams we are playing with.
